Fairytales Do Come True

This is a campaign done for the brief of Creative Conscience. The brief was to address a prevelent social issue of your choosing which was oral hygiene.

This project was a group project with as our copy writer, and as our graphic designer.

The Objective

To address the oral health crisis in South Africa.

Poor oral hygiene causes oral health diseases, lowers self-esteem, and restricts social and economic oppertunities for a lifetime. Having unhygenic teeth makes it harder to make friends and have a successful career.

The Insight

Healthy teeth can increase social and economic oppertunities, which can offer young children access oppertunities they might not have had otherwise. Toothbrushes are the magic that allows for good teeth, meaning it is the key for many children to get the happily ever after they deserve.

The Concept

"Fairytals Do Come True"

The concept is that having a toothbrush allows children to live their Cindrella story. With a toothbrush and healthy teeth, children have more oppertunites in the future that will alow their dreams to come true.

The Solution

A campaign that empowers young people to make an actual difference by donating toothbrushes through posters, social media, and instore donation displays. The cherry on top is a book that motivates children to brush their teeth.
